I read the book in about ten minutes. Although the book would have benefited from a little editing, it is simple enough. Many claims are made without citation. I compared the second recipe to the Mother Earth article on making the bread, and they are essentially the same. Neither article references the other, but one is obviously a paraphrase of the other. Although it is already a short book, it is largely repetitive of itself and could be cut in half. Nevertheless, it says most of what you need to know. I find that grinding my grain in my juicer is perfect, by the way.
The recipes for making the original Essene bread were interesting, although I would have liked to see how the modern Ezekiel bread is made as well. I was very disappointed that the recipes CONTAINING Essene bread were nowhere to be found.

This book opened my eyes to traditional ways of preparing bread. It makes sense that in the past our ancestors had no fancy electronic equipment to bake with so how did they eat bread so regularly without all the allergies we have today? The answer is in sprouting the grains.
